Outstanding service from Tom and Joe. Converted our central heating from a gravity to a pressurised system worked hard and efficiently with real consideration for our home and its inhabitants including our two dogs . We now have full control room by room of our central heating. The house has never been warmer. The cold spots and whistles and bangs are gone. We are really pleased with the whole experience. Tom fitted me a ZEB boiler and a Thermino Sunamp water heater. Tom and his team were with me for a week and they all worked really hard, they never seemed to stop. The pipework was put in very neat and tidy. It was all well insulated too. I have added some pictures. They left my house tidy each day. The ZEB is great, it is keeping my house lovely and warm. (No more smelly oil, and mess from my log burner) The sunamp water heater is also great, it works off my solar panels, and I've had fabulous hot water from it. If I don't have enough sunshine in the winter, my ZEB will supply my hot water too. So if you are looking for a heating engineer, I would recommend Tom and Heatd.

Tom and Jo from Heated are excellent guys they knew exactly what needed to be done to fix an unusual problem with our boiler and to re connect our new LPG supply tank from bottles to the new tank. They sorted out a small plumbing problem with one of our cisterns supplied us with a new carbon monoxide unit and left us in good working order. Tom fitted us in a week earlier than planned because we had no hot water or heating and messaged us when he knew he might be half an hour later than anticipated His bill was very fair and we would certainly recommend Heated and use them again when necessary. Fantastic service from start to finish from Tom and Joe. Our heating and hot water weren’t working and our boiler is very old. After one message, they had got in touch really quickly to come and give us a quote on a new system. Great advice offered about what they felt was best for us. Knowing that we had no heating Tom fit us into his diary as soon as he could. They were on time, friendly and their work was brilliant. We had decided to move the boiler to another location and Tom kept us up to date on the progress each day and how long things would take. The team worked so hard, removing the water tank, installing the new boiler system and fitting thermostats on the radiators and it was done to a really high standard. It can be hard to find a genuine professional to trust with huge jobs like this but we 100% recommend Heatd. We will be calling on Tom and the team in the future whenever we need anything doing 🙂

Very efficient service, which is value for money. We were advised about the correct size and type of radiator needed for the size of our room and then Heatd Ltd fitted our new upright radiators. The work was carried out efficiently, professionally and spotlessly clean. Even though carpets had to be taken up you would never have known. Where the previous radiators had been, the holes in the walls were filled ready for us to paint. Can't recommend this company enough and will definitely be using them again.

Tom did a great job removed our old boiler and water heater and replaced with a combi boiler and a Hive thermostat All was left tidy and they worked fast and efficiently despite how hectic we were as we had just moved in! Truly recommend!

Tom has just completely refurbished our bathroom and is our regular plumber for heating services. From start to finish Tom has project managed the job and given advice and guidance along the way. His suggestions have proved to be excellent giving us a fantastic new bathroom. Tom and Joe have worked really hard and all contractors such as Shaun, Jason and Mitch have all worked to a very high standard. Every day they cleaned up completely and disruption was kept to a bare minimum. If you want a good job done with a superb finish, look no further than Heatd.

Excellent service from Tom. Bathroom was project managed by him from start to finish. All other required trades (electrician etc) were booked as required and their services were excellent. Suggestions were made that we hadn’t thought of and all minor issues were addressed immediately. We are so pleased with the finished bathroom and we cannot recommend Tom and the team highly enough.

Had a Worcester Bosch boiler change and an unvented cylinder installed in the beginning of June 2024. From the start Tom came to survey the property and a quote was generated within 24 hours. After some discussions about some variables the quote was edited and accepted by me. Tom, Joe and Shaun were very professional, prompt and tidy in their work. They were very well supported by Laura at the office with prompt replies to my queries. The work was done within the agreed time and the agreed quote.
