Tom is not only a true professional, but he has an extremely likeable personality to go with it. He goes that extra mile as, in my case, after fitting an additional radiator he relaid the carpet and moved heavy furniture back into position. This he needn't have done but which I was very grateful for. When he left, it was as if he had never been. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough and I will certainly be using him again as and when in the future.

Tom is probably one of the most friendly and professional heating engineers we have ever come across. His personable, ‘no flannel’ attitude places him head and shoulders above the rest. His superior attention to detail and his ‘on the job’ support towards his young apprentice, Joe, was evident throughout the time they were with us. Replacing a boiler, particularly during such a difficult energy crisis, was not an easy decision. The right boiler is essential and Tom was instrumental in allaying our fears, both in helping us to make the right choice and in offering us a realistic quote. He will answer any question, and where he can’t, he seeks further professional advice always researching the issue thoroughly. I cannot praise this man highly enough. He got back to us the same day he was contacted and returned a quote within hours of surveying the work. He was prepared to wait until we were ready and always turned up when he said he would. Respect for you and your property are key to his endearing nature. He will not cut corners, he does not make up stories or excuses, and has plenty of experience to offer. Compared to the attitude of several other engineers we requested quotes from, he was again ‘top of the class’ in every way. Professionalism and honesty are attributes which you would expect all gas engineers to have, sadly many don’t. Tom however delivers these in spadefuls! If you are looking for a gas engineer or plumber for work in your home, my recommendation is to book him now before all of his slots get filled. Truly a gem amongst many.

They had to replace my leaking shower pump and replace a shower rose. Tom was very professional, friendly and clearly skilled at the task. Tom arrived on time to quote the job and also complete it. He was very efficient. He also cleaned up after himself. Communication was excellent. I won’t hesitate to use them again if I have plumbing issues in the future and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
